There was a novel I read one time before.. I don't even remember the name anymore... I imagined those pictures scenario would be the best fit ...

Three girls disfigured themselves and their parents were killed because a cruel emperor of a foreign kingdom decided to ask one of the girls as an alliance tribute to that kingdom's rulers. When they were forcefully brought to the other kingdom, the three sisters decided to die together but.. one of them survived, and the other two sisters although died, girls from another worlds started using their identities. The three sisters were knocked out and separated as they were brought to the emperor and other important aristocrats to be married. The people in charge of transporting them, because they were disfigured, mistook them and instead of sending the sister that the emperor selected, they sent another one of the girls to the emperor. When the emperor saw her and noticed that it was not the girl he selected, because she tried to kill him, she was sent to prison and practically died there. She was saved by a low officer that sent her medicine and food. She was malnourished, gravely sick and disfigured that even her bones could be seen. The emperor investigated what happened to the three sisters, and when information was brought about the confusion and what happened to their parents, he decided to promulgate an edict to give her a rank as a concubine. She then knows that her sisters were "alive", and decided to not die anymore. She managed to make the cruel emperor love her as she decided to save in her heart the hate for him and serve him as a way to survive. She loved all this time that low officer that saved her in the worst moments. She see her sisters and gets to know that they are happy with their life. Her sisters hide the true from her, that they were not her sisters anymore. She gets pregnant with a child from the emperor and starts to lead a happy life thinking about her child. The child is born and gets love from both the emperor and her. She is happy. The emperor lets her live with her son, as the rule dictated that princes should live separately from their mothers. The empress get anxious about the threat that posses a boy prince to her son that should inherit the throne. She sends a nanny to give poisonous milk to the one year old prince born from the disfigured concubine. The child dies, and the happy life that the concubine led got destroyed. The empress makes her be imprisoned accused of murdering her child. She in prison, discover from a visit from her sisters, that they are dead. She gets crushed until a state without recover. The emperor that loved her couldn't protect her only son.. her sisters were dead.. she hated both the emperor, the country, and herself for not noticing that the nanny was killing her son. but she decided to keep living, she asked the emperor who gave her anything she asked for, to send the best doctor of the world to reconstruct her face. She became the most beautiful woman and asked the doctor to give her a pill to not have children anymore. The doctor lied to her and instead gave her a pill to increment the possibilities of having children. She then got pregnant with a boy again, at the same time, one of her happy sisters (one of the another world girls with their identities) got pregnant with a girl. She then thought a plan to give her son to her sister when it's born. The emperor knowing, didn't prevent this from happening. She talks to her sister and said to her that she will let know "she delivered twins". She sends her son in a basket to her sister minutes after delivering him. Then, she crying gets the baby girl that was brought as replacement and tells all palace people that she is her daughter just born. She decides to never see her son again as protection for him. The empress tries to murder her again as the emperor loved her more and more. She then executes a plan with the help of another concubine, to dismantle the power the empress family held and force the emperor to remove her. Without the empress family power obstructing the path, the emperor was able to show to the light the crimes of the empress that had murdered all previous concubines and their sons and imprison her. Then, she selects another concubine and her son, as the empress and crown prince and retires to live in a palace resting place, with her adopted daughter and the low officer as her only protection. She loves all her life the low officer, and he loves her in return, but never is with him, and he vows to protect her forever as this was the only life the palace allowed them to have. End..
